Runner up of the 2017 European Blues Challenge, The BluesBones is a band of 5 passionate and experienced musicians, playing Blues/Rock with undiminished feeling and skill. The original songs vary from blues rock over mellow and sensitive blues ballads, swampy slide to more heavy rock. This extended range of musical styles has gained the band a diverse fan base. After the acclaimed 4th album “Double Live” in 2016, the band felt the need to go even one step further. “Chasing Shadows” is a concept album that reaches for a lot of life’s obstacles. The songs show a mature band that explores a lot of Blues related genres without sacrificing identity and signature sound, but reaching out to a broad and diverse audience.

Way down south on the border of mexico Lies a town called el daimo I Used to live there in this little town til something happend well it turned my world around One night i was walking when i heard this screaming sound A man was playing guitar spreading voodoo all around I still remeber it like it was yesterday Like running a 1000 miles it took my breath away When I Got inside the bar well he bluw my mind The speed of his fingers, the weirdest look in his eyes Maybe its the devils work that makes this man do play on his guitar spreading voodoo on you Everyone was standing there they where paralized To watch this man spread his gift in front of there eyes When he started singing you can hear his haunted soul Life on the road sure took his toll But he still got's the speed he play some boogie to This man was playing on his guitar oooh well he's spreading voodoo
