Sleep Talking is a song from American singer Charlotte Lawrence. She consecutively posted snippets of the song through her instagram months before the song was actually released. The song refers to a couple that no longer works out. It’s not working because the boy is constantly lying to her and cheating on her. She founds out the whole truth about him and his lovers and even though he tries to hide it she already knows about everything. She’s all done with him and she makes sure he gets her message. She doesn’t see the point of being in a relationship where the parts involved don’t respect each other but still she lets him sleep in. Maybe she’s not ready to give him up or she might just want to see how this is gonna go.
